SYS-05 // Engagement system

TRACER-X

Tactical real-time advanced combat engagement and response

TRACER-X is SiNTRES' force-on-force and live-simulation engagement system. Teams use laser emitters and sensors to register virtual-ammunition impacts and stream them to a control center that, at the end of training, delivers a complete after-action review. Train as you fight — with dynamic, unpredictable situations and the progressive use of force.

Real-time awareness. Better decisions. Higher survivability.

Two ways to use it

Acquisition of the system — or rental as a service: SiNTRES supplies all equipment plus a trained opposing-force (OPFOR) team for scenarios such as hostage situations, kidnapping, riots, armed robbery, violent crime and cash-in-transit attacks. No equipment purchase, no maintenance or operator-training cost — and your unit applies its tactics without knowing the OPFOR's reaction.

SYS-06 // Battlefield effects

SiMEX

Non-pyrotechnic explosion simulator

SiMEX brings the adrenaline of real combat to the training field with controlled, repeatable, non-pyrotechnic explosions at battlefield sound levels — with no material damage. SiNTRES is the only company in Latin America offering non-pyrotechnic light-and-sound effects for live simulation.

SiMEX Bomb Squad

The effects are simulated — the explosion is real. The stress an EOD technician experiences while trying to disarm SiMEX is comparable to a real device, from simple triggers to intricate traps.

SiMEX-AT — artillery & mortars

Simulates both firing and impact for 60, 81 and 120 mm mortars and howitzers of several calibers, using real weapons and procedures. Firing positions and geolocated impacts are transmitted in real time to the fire-control center, and troops inside the blast radius are flagged as casualties.

SYS-07 // Simulated weapons

SiMUGUNS

Collective weapons with real sound, light and handling

SiNTRES is the only Brazilian company that develops and manufactures simulated collective weapons integrated into its training systems. Operation and handling are identical to the real weapon, with the same cadence, sound and light — at a fraction of the operating cost.

SiNTRES B.50 M2 & M240 MAG

  • Mounts on the real weapon's tripod or vehicle mount — no modification
  • Sound up to 120 dB for real stress and adrenaline
  • Very low operating cost for a full training day
  • Used with or without simulated recoil
  • Compatible with SiNTRES smart targets — continuous training up to 1,200 m, results streamed to C2 and AAR
  • Compatible with Saab laser-based live-simulation systems

SIMUGUN .50 with TRACER-X

Laser training system for heavy machine-gunners: range, target and hit confirmation on a rugged tablet with map, ballistics and logs.

SAT4 launcher & mortars

The SAT4 replicates the AT4 launcher for VBS-based simulation and live laser systems. Mortar crews train with SiMEX-AT firing and impact effects for 60, 81 and 120 mm.

Custom weapon replicas developed to order.

SYS-08 // Smart targets

BattleGrid 20

Reactive · Pop-up · 360° engagement

BattleGrid 20 turns any range or training structure into an instrumented, reactive environment. XR-20 smart targets register hits, fall and rise on command and report their state wirelessly to the instructor's tablet — for live fire or laser engagement.

SYS-09 // Force-on-target training

RAVN-X React

Force-on-target (FoT) training · Our targets shoot back

RAVN-X React is the RAVN-X platform configured for force-on-target (FoT) training. Each autonomous, geo-positioned unit wears a TRACER-X sensing vest, maneuvers across the range and shoots back with TRACER-X laser technology — so trainees must move, take cover and engage as they would against a real adversary, while every hit is scored in real time.

React shares the RAVN-X all-terrain AWD chassis, operator tablet and C2 console with RAVN-X Stinger.

SYS-10 // Combat-support UGV

RAVN-X Stinger

Squad-level combat support · Human-in-the-loop fire control

RAVN-X Stinger is an unmanned ground vehicle designed for squad-level combat support. Its stabilized weapon mount carries a real assault rifle or a squad-level machine gun such as the M249 SAW or similar — extending the squad's firepower while keeping operators out of the line of fire.

Only a human can pull the trigger. Stinger can navigate and patrol autonomously, and its AI recognizes and identifies targets — but it has no trigger authority. Every engagement requires a deliberate decision by a human operator.

Compact enough to fit through a standard door, Stinger moves seamlessly from open terrain into buildings, making it equally suited to urban combat support, perimeter patrol and advanced observation.

SYS-11 // Immersive theater

VERTEX Theater-180

180° of reality. Train without compromise.

VERTEX is an adaptive tactical training platform with an ultra-wide field of view. Interactive in every direction, it lets trainees respond to multiple simultaneous threats and apply the right tactics — operated by a single instructor from a touchscreen or wireless tablet. Available as VERTEX Theater-180 (3 screens, 180°) and VERTEX Theater-300 (5 screens, 300°); the single-screen model is VERTEX-90.

Hybrid live-fire module

The only simulator capable of recognizing live rounds fired directly at the projection screen. Trainees use their own unmodified service weapon, and the scenario reacts exactly as it would to laser fire — with moving people, hostages and bystanders in the line of fire.

  • Self-healing screen rated for up to 4,000 rounds per m² (about 85,000 per roll)
  • Switch to laser for continuous zero-cost training

SYS-12 // Medical module

VERTEX-TC3 MedX

Tactical combat casualty care · Real tactile instruments

VERTEX-TC3 MedX adds tactical combat casualty care to the immersive theater. While the team holds security against threats on screen, the medic treats an instrumented casualty using real tactile instruments — under the same stress, noise and time pressure as the battlefield. Real lives at your hands.

Instructor station

  • Live vital signs: heart rate, respiration, SpO₂, blood pressure
  • Casualty condition and intervention tracking (e.g. tourniquet applied)
  • Mission objectives: stabilize, neutralize threats, extract
  • Tactical map, telemetry and team communications

SYS-13 // Smart lane system

SiNTRES TraX

Automated smart lanes · Live fire & hybrid virtual laser

SiNTRES TraX is an automated smart lane system. Every firing point becomes an intelligent, independent training lane that supports both live fire and hybrid virtual laser shooting — so units can train continuously with laser and validate with live ammunition on the same lane.

Each lane runs its own programmable, multi-step exercise. Shooters progress at their own pace while the instructor supervises the whole range, and every shot is returned as immediate feedback at the lane.

Smart lane capabilities

  • Automated target carriers move targets to each step's programmed distance
  • Multi-step exercises programmed individually for every lane — different drills, distances and sequences side by side
  • Live ammunition or hybrid virtual laser shooting on the same lane
  • Lane displays with shot placement, hit heat-map and score for instant feedback
  • Lane touch controls for the shooter and central supervision for the instructor
  • Results recorded per shooter for qualification, reports and after-action review
  • Integrated as the 10-lane smart range inside COMBAT-X
SYS-14 // Deployable range

Mobile Hybrid Range

Truck-mounted & containerized ballistic ranges

Take live-fire and virtual training to wherever the troops are. SiNTRES designs mobile, containerized and fixed ballistic ranges to each customer's requirements — safe, acoustically treated and ready to operate in a parking lot or any free space. SiNTRES designs and manufactures container shooting ranges, including hybrid simulators and SiNTRES TraX automated lane systems.
